These terms are an agreement between you and Legacy ("the app," "we," "us") covering your use of the Legacy Collector mobile app, the optional Legacy Cloud subscription service, and the web tools at cloud.legacycollector.app. By using the app or subscribing to Legacy Cloud, you agree to these terms.
The core app — scanning, collection management, lists, decks, and prices — is free and works entirely on your device. Legacy Cloud is an optional paid subscription that adds cloud backup, sync across devices, a history of changes to your collection, and access to your collection on the web. Features vary by plan tier as described on the plan selection screen at the time you subscribe.
Legacy Cloud requires an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You must be old enough to hold an account with your device's app store and to make purchases through it.
Legacy Cloud subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are billed by them, not by us. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Some features — such as extended history and collection rollback — require a specific plan tier. If you change plans or your subscription lapses, features tied to your previous tier may become unavailable. Your data is retained and deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your collection data is yours. By using Legacy Cloud you grant us permission to store and process that data solely to provide the service — backup, sync, history, and web access. We claim no other rights to it.
You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to the service or other users' data, interfere with or disrupt the service, use it at volumes or in patterns intended to degrade it, or resell access to it.

Legacy is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or specifically approved by Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, Scryfall, TCGplayer, or eBay. Your purchases through the App Store or Google Play are also subject to Apple's or Google's own terms.
You can stop using the service at any time and can delete your account and server-side data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we ever discontinue Legacy Cloud, we will provide reasonable notice so you can export your data.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Card identification is automated and may occasionally be wrong; market prices are estimates provided for information only and should not be relied on for buying or selling decisions. We do our best to keep the service available and your backups intact, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from the app or Legacy Cloud is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the effective date above and note the changes here. Continued use of the app or service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
